BAD CHECK WARNING!

Equipment, Inc. has received dozens of calls
and emails regarding forged checks from our
company. These checks have been
distributed through at least one internet
scam.
If you receive a check
from Ben Daniels Construction Equipment,
Inc. without any prior business or without
having sent us an invoice, please be advised
that the CHECK IS A FORGERY! Please do
not deposit the check or try to cash it.
Doing so will incur charges from your bank.
We would greatly
appreciate it if you would send us the
check(s) and copies of any correspondence
related to the forged check so we can then
forward them to the proper authorities.
